Marketing and Sales Manager

Job Description

Minimum Academic and professional qualifications:

1. Should have engineering qualifications preferably in civil, architecture or agricultural engineering.

2. Should have high processional marketing certificates or MBA-Marketing.

Minimum Experiences and skills:

1. At least five to ten years experience in the field of marketing in contracting, landscape and real estate industry.

2. High proven track record in formulating marketing strategic plan, implementation and achieving marketing objectives and desired results.

3. High skills in managing sales operations and proven track records in achieving sales targets.

4. Mastering business development plans and put them into action and has and possesses skills of thinking out of the box.

5. Wide relationships with giant contracting business and clients in relevant fields.

6. High communication skills and mastering and drafting and delivering presentation shows.

7. Fluency in both Arabic and English languages.

8. High literacy and skills in using various and advanced computer software and programs.

9. Amazing and distinguished and professional negotiation skills.

10. Self starter and proactive.

11. Results oriented and passion in achieving and exceeding targets.

12. Preferred nationality: Lebanon, Jordan, Syria.
