Office Manager - Personal Assistant - Crown Jeddah Beverage Can Factory

Job Purpose:



Role holder at this level will act as a Personal Assistant to HR Manager providing complete administrative & secretarial services.



The Main Duties and responsibilities:



- Secretarial & Administrative Support: Provide a complete private secretarial and administrative service for routing callers and preparing and drafting internal correspondence under direction to ensure that all matters are dealt with efficiently and appropriately.



- Prepare PowerPoint presentations on ad hoc basis (quick turnaround often necessary). Presentations should be creative, thoroughly proofed and delivered in a timely manner well before meetings.



- Time Management: Provide a time management / diary service on behalf of HR Manager in order to ensure effective time usage and to avoid conflicting schedules.



- Record Management: Design, organize and implement appropriate filing and record management systems to ensure that records are always current and accessible with ease.



- Mails: Screen incoming mail and telephone calls, draft responses, redirect correspondence and callers to the appropriate personnel.

- Prepare internal / external correspondence.
