Principal Accountabilities:
1-Develop and maintain Retail Risk Management MIS and reporting system.
2-Develop on-line business intelligence capability.
3-Assist with development of Retail Banking Services (RBS) - Executive Retail Risk Management Reporting Package.
4-Assist in the formulation / enhancement of risk strategies and policies.
5-Maintain data integrity, including quality, accuracy, reliability, and validity
6-Comply with all SAMA Rules and Regulations.
7-Comply with all Bank Rules, Policies, Processes, and Procedures.
8-Comply with all Security Protocols.
9-Find workaround solutions to any day-to-day issues which may fall outside of existing policies and processes.
10-Provide correct and accurate information to
•Audit, Internal, and External
•Risk Management
•SAMA
and implement their recommendations, exceptions (any items found to be in non-compliance), and other points raised.
11-Submit plans for annual needs such as staffing, training, development, equipment, hardware and software.
12- Ensure effective use of Bank resources.
13-Adherence to Balanced Scorecard and relevant SLAs and KPIs. This applies at the individual level, Unit levels, and Department level.
14- Train and motivate Staff as well as fostering a continuous learning environment.
15-Create goals and targets for the Units/Sections to achieve Departmental objectives.
16-Ensure that submissions to the appropriate authorities are of high quality,
complete, and accurate.
17-The Job holder is obliged to abide by any instructions provided by the Manager with respect to the scope of work
