Job Purpose:
Commercial responsibility to seek out, negotiate and secure projects and customers within the assigned geographical area to achieve the set budget & Gross Profit. Commercial responsibility of approved annual budget with predefined gross margin % and net profit.
Responsibilities:
1. Prepare and propose commercial plans and budgets for the coming year(s).
2. Ensure that the targets for turnover, profitability and oustanding days are realized.
3. Execute approved commercial plans within the set time limits and cost budgets and ensure that the costs are controlled within set budgets.
4. Review commercial performance of individual sales staff on a monthly basis.
5. Report commercial and financial performance as per agreed forms and schedule to the GSM.
6. Support the Area Office Supervisor in reviewing all other staff on an annual basis.
7. Verify and approve all quotations.
8. Motivate the staff to push Customer Service to the highest possible levels.
9. Propose policy and organizational changes to the GSM.
10. Develop and track a training register for all staff.
