- Study the Tender and provide the costing and propose the pricing.
- Monitoring of the success of winning the Tender/project by archiving and analyzing results of pricing done.
- Provide pre-sales technical support for all bids & proposals, especially discussing the approach towards understanding of scope and dimensioning.
- Ensuring full understanding of dimensioning and costing of all needed knowledge in project delivery especially for new technologies.
- Confirming that the proposal is deemed acceptable from the perspectives of Commercial / Sales, estimation, Procurement, and that it is authorized at Bid Approval.
- Defining the structure of the proposal.Attending opportunity and deal reviews to understand thoroughly the project scope and be part of the approvers team.
- Thorough analysis of Tender/RFPs for scope understanding and pricing.
- Preparation of technical proposal that includes to project implementation plan & costing.
- Preparing periodic reports regarding the activities and results of the Tender/RFP’s.
- Working with the Salesmen to understand customer requirements & budget as well as working with the product managers to build the solution and getting best prices from the vendors.
