1. Care of equipment
• Responsible for all technical services provided to customers
• Collaborate, as needed, with the Project Team during the Project execution phase
• Oversee the preparation and planning of preventive maintenance
• Oversee the ordering and delivery of spare parts
• Oversee resolution of equipment failures (corrective maintenance)
• Oversee the installations of must points
• Daily review of performance figures with relevant root cause analysis and corrective actions
• Oversee the preparation of failure reports
2. Business & Financial (related to technical service scope of supply)
• Owner and driver of customer, technical related, performance indicators improvements (TLE, Waste, etc ), and Financial indicators ( cost per ‘000, customer TS results, etc )
• Participating with KAM (Key Account Manager) and Project team in the Projects requirements and definitions discussion with the customers, during the Project commercialization phase
• Get technical work requirements from customers (Preventive Maintenance, Corrective Maintenance, Equipment modifications, Spare parts, etc)
• Quotations - prepare or participate in the preparation of quotations for technical work
• Obtain purchase orders from customer for all work
• Ensure invoicing to customer is done based on purchase orders
• Support the KAM to follow-up payments on time, by providing clarification on technical work
3. Budgeting / Strategy
• Prepare yearly budgets for customers based on sleeve forecasti. Labor and parts based on running hoursii. Estimate of preventive maintenance (labor and parts)iii. Other services, such as training for customer staff, skills assessments,
• Being involved in preparing customer roadmaps including information such as - assessing plant capacity against forecast as basis for proposal for required equipments
• Proactive approach, together with the KAM, in Selling Service Solutions to the customers
• (Where applicable prepare and review the service contract on annual basis)
• Ensure that Services are being delivered and invoiced according to commercial terms agreed (invoice per quotation delivered/ per contractual agreement)
4. Administration• Approval of work reports / time sheets of all technical staff working on customer site
• Request and approve all overtime
• Request all manpower required to execute all services to the customer
• Prepare all regular reporting such as daily reports, weekly minutes of meetings and actions lists. (Provide all technical related information and customer ratios, such as production, efficiency, waste, etc, on a timely manner, to HQ in Dubai)
• Lead and participate meetings according to the company governance structure. (Participate in meetings, workshops and technical discussions as needed)
• Ensure the effective assignment of tasks and follow up to completion in a timely manner
• Prepare special reports / analysis on ad-hoc basis
• Oversee the complaint handling procedure for all quality related issues in conjunction with KAM
• Effective crisis management
