• Deliver Projects financial feasibility study
• Lead overall project capital study and assumptions
• Lead the selection criteria for different project consultants from project management, contractor and operation
• Work as a key point of contact with KAEC management
• Chair weekly, monthly project team meeting and measure deliverables Vs target
• Develop an overall project Schedule and different millstones. Manage different stage to deliver as per schedule
• Identify and lead operation needs for different functions and departments of the KAEC operation as part of the project
• Ensure all steps are approved and matching legal requirements for the KAEC
• Develop a project status communication with MYNG management in frequent agreed time with clear KPI
• Work with finance for all business units for different controls and finance assumption of the project
• Develop operation model for the automotive business units and the way to charge Business units
• Lead developing different process in the automotive area to deliver the best logistics cost of the operation
• Lead the development of the different phases of implementing the different process of Vehicles and parts operation as stock management, PDI, PIO, workshop, transportation
• Lead with IT the selection process of the best IT, WMS, and productivity solution to be implemented in the new project
• Identify different skills required for each operation and develop JD so that hiring process starts based on skills
