Job Purpose:
Provide decorative technical support to Sigma Paints Middle East in the form of technical advice, training, decorative samples, site supervision, application advice and product complaints.
Responsibilities:
1. Undertake product trials, to monitor and benchmark new and existing products and systems
2. Undertake risk assessments and issue product and system guarantees and warranties.
3. Promote Sigma Paints through the provision of high quality, presentations and seminars.
4. Manage, coordinate and develop the Middle East Decorative Technical Support Team.
5. Manage and coordinate the functions of DTS Trainers, Coordinators, Site Assessors and Applicators.
6. Monitor and verify decorative system proposals from decorative sales teams.
7. Manage budgeted costs for all DTS activities to ensure effectiveness, quality and value.
8. Organize product testing and benchmarking of new and existing products and systems.
