Our client - a leading car rental, leasing, and fleet management company - is looking to recruit a Workshop Operations Manager based in Jeddah.
Reporting to the General Manager and CEO, the key role of the Workshop Operations Manager is to manage and oversee the operations of more than 10 workshops across KSA and assist the GM in setting up other mega workshops/service centres in the country. This role will be based in Jeddah with travel to other cities.
Other main responsibilities of this role will include:
• Manage and oversee operations of 10 workshops across KSA
• Assist the General Manager to set up mega workshops in the country as well as assist with expansion plans in the region.
• Manage a team of 4 - 6 direct reports from Managers in procurement, fleet, and quality control for the workshop operations with a large indirect team.
• Improve cost efficiency and productivity within the workshops from a managerial stand point
• Manage the investment in the fleet based on demand and business expansion requirements
• Report to top management on overall efficiency and performance of workshops
• Participate in strategic expansion projects.
