1. Build new and innovative software programs, tools, utilities, and complex web sites. Bug fix and maintain new and existing applications2. Develop database driven websites in PHP/MySQL.3. Build and work with Content Management Systems / E-commerce-Shopping sites / Newsletters or other similar online applications.4. Implementing W3C standards in browsers / cross platform deployment of sites (XHTML, CSS based layouts etc.)5. Assist with the development of new products within an existing framework6. Produce well-structured and well documented code7. Work to agreed deadlines
