Responsibilities:
•Develop and support of high profile firmwide marketing applications written in .NET/SQL server
•Enhance the applications, build new capabilities, research and partner with technical architects to implement enhancements and features
•Troubleshoot application issues reported by the business and partnering with infrastructure and middleware teams to resolve these issues
•Provide day to day technical administration including upgrades and release management, analyzing log files, configuration file changes, installation and configuration documents, upgrade validation/testing, change control, and technical issue/problem resolution
•Work with project manager in planning and estimating throughout the complete life cycle, as well as identify and evaluate alternatives and present the most efficient and cost effective solution
•Participate in the development and maintenance of appropriate project technical documentation including design, configuration, installation
