مساعد بائع - تجار مواد البناء

• Greeting customers, listen to their requirements and making appropriate effort / solutions to make a sale.

• Maintaining and developing relationships with existing/new customers in person and via telephone calls and emails.

• Visiting small contractors in the vicinity

• Gaining a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements.

• Responding to incoming email and phone enquiries.

• Representing the organization at the trade counter

• Coordinate with warehouse on certain customer deliveries.

• Sales documentation such as invoice printing and cash collections

• Stock arrangement, making stock replenishment requests to warehouse etc.

• Deposit cash collection in the bank on daily basis

• Attending team meeting and sharing best practice with colleagues.

• Support and share information with the team specially core expat employee

• Collection of market intelligence and transfer to operational manager

• Collection of competitor data and share as appropriate

• Keep confidentiality of company information

• Any other work assign by OM from time to time
