Manager - Business Consulting Unit - Saudi Arabia

As a manager (M) you will
Lead engagements, bids and proposals, taking full responsibility for its delivery including work-plan definition, team management and day-to-day client relationship
Communicate recommendations and sensitive messages to senior level client audience
Support the growth of the practice by developing industry / functional knowledge and generating business opportunities with potential clients
Contribute to internal development and growth of the firm through recruiting, marketing and training
Play a critical leadership role by coaching and counseling business analysts and associates
Responsibilities
Among other aspects, you'll be required to
Plan and execute to objectives on complex engagement plans (multi-task, and/or multi-phase)
Apply leading-edge analysis techniques, creative frameworks and media to effectively develop and communicate results
Effectively delegate components to engagement team and manage delivery progression
Inspire the team, foster productive teamwork, help develop and grow team members throughout the course of the engagement
Draw significant conclusions from analysis and identify implications for the client situation
Integrate deliverables where total impact exceeds value of components
Develop and enhance methodologies and intellectual capital
Actively support business development and commercial efforts
