Based out of their head office in Riyadh, but with a strong track record in the Eastern province and Central region generated over a good period of time this contracting firm has new backers who are seeking to expand on the existing platform with new services, specialties and competencies.
The firm is a general contractor offering a full range of services on mid to large cap construction projects.
The new CEO will work with the shareholders to create a new strategic plan fro the business moving forward focusing on trends and opportunities in the Saudi market, and perhaps beyond. They will assess the processes, execution capabilities and operational competence of the firm and look to develop the business into a best in class, reactive and highly competent business that will continue to serve existing clients to high standards and win new clients.
Expansion may be both organic and by acquisition so the CEO will play a lead role in any M&A process and will be expected to oversee and develop solid reporting and governance practices alongside strong business performance.
