Duties and Responsibilities :
Maintains specifications by observing drilling, grooving, and cutting, including turning, facing, knurling and thread chasing operations; taking measurements; detecting malfunctions; troubleshooting processes; adjusting and reprogramming controls; sharpening and replacing worn tools; adhering to quality assurance procedures and processes.
Reads and interprets blueprints
Properly and safely loads and unloads castings and raw materials in C.N.C machinery
Uses gauges and measuring instruments to meet tolerance requirements
Recognizes, deploys and properly uses inserts, fixtures and tooling
Understands and has the ability to perform tool wear offsets
Performs daily and regular cleaning and light maintenance tasks on C.N.C machinery
Utilizes and abides by I.S.O requirements and safety procedures
Complies with all quality policies, specifications, regulations and instructions
Perform other related duties as instructed by the superior
