Customer Relations Specialist - Osool Training

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Customer Relations Specialist (CRS) is to establish a relationship with the customer and confidence in the service, to trouble-shoot potential problems and resolve existing problems. Maintain good customer relationships. Follow up with potential clients to ensure their registration/booking via website, email, phone, company’s social media accounts and other possible means and provide assistance, back up, and feedback.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

- Follow up with existing clients on their registration on the center’s website to confirm their registration.

- Respond to inquiries received by email, website, phone, social media accounts and other possible means.

- Assist users with their registration process and handle payments.

- Acquire new leads from registered users by referral and from followers on the center’s social media accounts, and/or a set of names prospects.

- Lead all aspects of the sales/registration process, while calling upon other company sales resources to assist in solution development, proposal delivery, and implementation, as needed or as directed by management.

- Refer opportunities for growth in services to other company sales resources as appropriate.

- Ensure a seamless transition of customer responsibility to the Account Manager following a successful implementation.

- Assist in the center’s website administration in monitoring users activity, adding/modification of courses

- Assist other sales and services resources when called upon by the management.

- Update the company’s social media accounts with the latest schedules, news and offers.

- Assist in the posting of articles, videos and links on the company’s social media accounts that are related to its courses’ and services’ field.

ACCOUNTABILITIES AND PERFORMANCE MEASURES

- Meet assigned expectations for trainees’ registration and profitability

- Maintaining the company’s website and social media accounts up to date

- Complete required training and development objectives within the assigned time frame
