• Preparation and interpreting financial reports. • Monitoring and interpreting cash flows and predicting future trends. • Formulating strategic and long-term business plans. • Researching and reporting on factors influencing business performance. • Developing and managing financial System/models. • Managing company's financial accounting, monitoring and reporting systems. • Developing external relationships with auditors, bankers and partners. • Producing accurate financial reports to specific deadlines. • Manage reconciliation of Supplier/Customer accounts and handle debtors. • Managing budgets. • Recruitment, orientation, training, motivation and leading Finance Team.
