Primary goal to add value to the corporation through management of financial risks. The Treasury processes drive for excellence and innovation in all financial activities.Role and ResponsibilitiesManage a portfolio of foreign exchange (FX), interest rate, and precious metal exposures by developing and implementing hedging strategies. Model risks associated with various market scenarios and assess the cost, effectiveness and economic results of mitigating those risksManage counterparty credit risk.Work closely with the other Treasury processes and Finance Functions.
Education, Qualification & ExperienceBachelor in Finance, Accounting or related academic discipline, MBA and or specialized certificates desirableMinimum 15-20 Years’ experience in relevant fieldsPrevious Treasury experience is a prerequisite and previous experience in financial risk management is highly desirable. Candidates must be comfortable taking calculated risk, managing those risks within certain parameters and are accountable for generating value as quantified by customized benchmarks.Tact and objectivity in interfacing with both management and individuals at lower levels within the Company.Background in Bank/Corporate Treasury is a plus
