Responsible for all aspects of running the reception desk on a daily basis.
The role purpose is to control, monitor, implement, and promote processes and resources to deliver quality customer service during vehicle maintenance and repair operations, realizing customer requirements and maximizing business revenue and profit objectives, while actively reducing expenditure where possible.
Gives advice concerning the general condition of the car and the added benefits if any of the
requested servicing
