The Role:
As a HR Officer you will be responsible for collecting and processing data, preparing reports and undertaking analyisis as instructed by Operations or HR Management.
You will also:
- Assist HR Management in the administration and distribution of appraisal forms- Input appraisal ratings into confidential database and present information to HR Management- Prepare letters of offer, transfer, promotion or any changes in employment condition as directed by HR Management- Prepare employee data/information and HR activity analysis/summaries for Managers- Undertake administrative and record keeping tasks as directed by the HR Manager.
