Job summary: Specialized in coordination and preparation of design and shop drawings, plans, schemes, models and furnish interiors of residential, commercial or office buildings, often using computer software to design. The candidate should design something practical to build, haas to be aesthetic, complying with customer analysis and expectations to improve their life style.
Job functions:
- Preparing proposals for design work including sketches and costs estimates for labor, equipment, materials, and present design to internal team for approval.
- Advising project team on interior design factors such as space planning, layout and utilization of furnishing or equipment, and colour coordination.
