On behalf of a multinational FMCG client we are seeking an enthusiastic Marketing Supervisor for their Riyadh Head Office.
Reporting to the Director of Marketing you will supervise and implement the marketing plan for the brand in order to attract customers, build customers loyalty, promote revenue growth, profitability, and market expansion all of which to contribute to the achievement of the plan-to-win objectives.
• Contribute to marketing effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed; providing information; recommending options and courses of action; implementing directives
• Contribute in undertaking the analytical studies of the external and the internal environment; company's resource analysis, and determine the indicators that might positively or negatively affect company operations and future plans
• Develop and maintain marketing database to identify and develop cross- marketing opportunities
• Participate in the execution of marketing plans and integrate marketing efforts across operations, corporate communication, market research, and customer service functions to maximize impact in the marketplace and maintain a unique and distinct brand
• Undertake the marketing activities of company brand, which involve executing marketing strategies, campaigns, and plans to help the company in achieving its short and long term strategic goals
• Execute strategic marketing programs, development and follow-through of promotional programs, and marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate with agencies to develop marketing material to be implemented by LSM in Operations (Stores)
• Assist in site visits when required, and inspect various media channels used in marketing initiatives to ensure consistency.
• Supervise, guide and assist direct reports to perform their daily activities in accordance with the policies and procedures
• Actively participate in on-the-job training, mentoring and coaching of direct reports
