On behalf of our client a leading company in metal trading, processing, and recycling business we are seeking a Mechanical Maintenance Manager for a major new project to be based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia.
The Mechanical Maintenance Manager is responsible for Maintaining and Improving, Reviewing and Participating in the work of staff responsible for Mechanical Maintenance of Steel Plant equipment, Machinery and related facilities (includes but not limited to Induction Furnace, Ladle Furnace, Overhead Cranes, and Utility Equipment). He is responsible for Preparation of Annual Preventive Maintenance Check list, Managing shifts independently and execution of planned and breakdown maintenance activities, Monitoring the adherence of Preventive and break down maintenance. Lead and guide all mechanical maintenance activities at the plant site including safety, costs, environmental aspects and equipment availability. Ensure high standards in the provision of mechanical maintenance services in alignment with best maintenance practices, Ensure optimal availability, reliability and maintenance of all equipment for achieving the plant’s production targets.
