Monitors, Control and performs all operational adjustments required in the field and using the DCS interface to keep the process according to plan
Performs routine visual inspection tours to pipes, fittings, vessels and static equipment in general, in order to verify that there are no leaks or spills of products that may cause emergency situations that could eventually impact the production plan.
Performs all required minor maintenance activities and keeps the highest standad of housekeeping
Monitor all Rotative equipment performance, such as BFW pumps, ID/FD fans, Compressors, Fan Coolers etc
Monitor all Static equipment like, Vessels and Reactors, Reformer piping systems and structural components.
Monitor and Control the process interfacing through the DCS
Take corrective actions, based on readings from DCS trends, field indications and gauges, when required
Operates Manual Valves and Hand Switches whenever necessary to initiate start up or shut down sequences on individual equipments.
Record, Compile and Document operational data by completing and maintaining forms, logs and reports.
Takes Infrared shots of tube skin temperature and Reformer Shell Surface and keep Logs and trends of the data obtained during every shift.
Perform regular feed stock, product and process gas sampling and also perform the basic BFW & Cooling Water analysis, record the results and report deviations to take corrective actions if required
