Develop and maintain the master project schedule and reporting performance progress; plan the daily activities and integrate schedules into the overall project schedule.
1. Manage the planning and scheduling parts of assigned projects as part of the overall program. Perform special analysis for resource loading and performance progress.
2. Coordinate the work flow through the manufacturing plant to meet production schedules and customer requirements.
3. Assist in the preparation of project master schedule and perform critical-path analysis. Prepare schedule performance measurement reports, forecasts and studies on a regular basis.
4. Observe and comply with safe-work practices and ensure that safety is regarded as the highest priority.
5. Develop and implement Project Execution Plan scheduling documents related to project control procedures in conjunction with supporting project ancillary functions.
6. Perform schedule analysis of alternative studies and schedule impact of scope adjustments before and during scheduled deviation negotiations.
7. Plan and recommend impact mitigation measures on schedule issues and problems.
8. Provide project management consultation and schedule risk factors affecting the timely completion of projects.
9. Produce resource histograms, logic diagrams and summary bar charts, as required. Provide support in the development of work scope associated with scheduled and non-scheduled outages.
