1.Apply QA and QC for in-coming, in-process, final and outgoing inspection.
2.Call clients for materials inspections (In-process, Final, FAT, etc...)
3.Close inspection comments and release notes from clients.
4.Provide immediate solutions encountered during the inspections.
5.Documenting and recording all conducted inspections.
6.Raise, follow up and close any NCR issued.
7.Help the production in implementation of quality procedures.
8.Conduct any applicable tests to products or witness if necessary.
9.Meet and carry inspections in presence of client or third party.
10.Reporting to General Manager.
11.Help to implement the ISO 9001:2008 in the entire organization.
12.Prepare Technical submittals such as Materials ITP, Materials Specifications, etc...
13.Establishes Measurement Systems Analysis processes
14.Provides input to the development of departmental and corporate performance objectives
