2 Site Acquisition Manager--Have the management skills, Know the Site survey process--Make the SA plan for received sows--Following with operator/Baladiyah to get IBP/FBP and report to customer and internal--Know the SCECO work process and finish the site SCECO connection-- Using all resource to achieve project target--Coordinator with onwer/Baladiyah/STC to fix all kinds of issues
3 Site Engineer--Know the civil work flow very well and take responsibilty for each site--Manage subcontractor to following the design and complete task within required duration--Guide subcontractor Engineer work properly and follow the quality, EHS requirement--Inspector each site and clear all snags to make site ready for PAT--Willing to work in region
