Leading International Consulting Engineering Company is looking for Senior Structural Engineer to join its KSA office. Responsibilities:
- Prepare Structural calculations and related reports for the assigned Projects
- Provide Structural Design and calculation backup to designers for steel & concrete structure of industrial, residential and commercial in nature considering wind and dynamic seismic load.
- Supervise with designers, assigned Engineering jobs, designs or developments, co-ordination of works etc.
- Discuss structures with the clients, consultants etc whenever required.
- Attend Project handover meetings of appointed Projects
- Analyze and study all project Elements including the BOQ, specification, Architects and structural engineer drawings together with Team Designers and Project Managers.
- Create and monitor / supervise the submittal Register for structural calculations and ensure timely issue of all Project relevant submittals required.
- Report progress daily to the Design Manager
- On receipt of comments of structural calculations, review and reissue revised calculations for approval.
- Monitor all external structural drawing revisions on a regular basis and inform the Design Manager of any changes that may incur delay or costs of the company.
- Ensure the preparation for issue of a full set of structural calculations as per built drawings on completion of the project.
- Attend any CIP (Continuous Improvement Process) or training that may be provided by the company
