- The Track and Civil Maintenance has several challenges that would require the manager to be highly effective, well-organized and competent.
- Providing effective financial management to ensure financial expenditure is consistent with allocated budgets.
- Ensures that safety/ operational regulations and requirements are met.
- Reporting to Infrastructure Director and implement track and civil maintenance plans.
Monitor all department activities e.g. execution, planning, Administration, MoW, Equipment, training, certification etc. to ensure implementation.
Direct management of department human recourses, decision making of maintenance priorities and strategy implementation.
