We are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to perform all tasks related to exports, imports, warehousing and distribution to ensure efficient Logistics for Masafi’ s Operations in Local and Export markets.
The key accountability of this position are:
- Prepare, present and maintain all reports pertaining to the Supply Chain Dept., to ensure easy decision making, monitoring and control of the department activities.
- Coordinate and monitor warehousing and distribution activities to ensure timely and efficient delivery of Masafi products to the customers.
- Monitor and account meticulously movement IN & OUT stocks, received from Factory and dispatch to the market to facilitate perpetual stock count.
- Plan and arrange the required number of trailers and containers, and execute the dispatch of goods to the market to ensure timely delivery of goods to the customers.
- Schedule manpower optimally to provide efficient and timely service to the customers to maintain interrupted supplies to support their sales team.
- Stock checking has to be done on weekly basis of the warehouse & the delivery trucks.
- Liaise with Local Statutory bodies to ensure compliance with Local rules and regulations.
- Ensure location and surroundings of the goods stocked comply with safety and hygienic standards as per the company guidelines.
