1. Responsible for complete accounting of the operations including proper management of all financial records - physical as well as virtual.
2. Responsible for all management reporting of the operations; timely closure of accounts and annual audits.
3. Ensure timely payments to suppliers, timely collection of receivables with periodic follow-ups.
4. Liaising with the banks with timely replenishment of bank accounts & petty cash.
5. Verifying and scrutinizing all capital expenditure and day-to-day operational expenses;
6. Assisting sales & operational team with all operational MIS.
7. Highlight red flags & timely escalations of critical matters.
8. Ensure adherence and implementation of all processes, policies and procedures.
