Main objectives and activity
The main role and activities of the Embedded Engineer shall include:
-Customer support, acting as first response in case of emergency situation.
-Front line service coordination between Customer and the company covering the overall operational aspects of the Equipment installed on site.
-Performing electro-mechanical remedial maintenance activities
-Training of Customer senior operators. The training will be aimed at instructing Customer personnel to perform electro-mechanical maintenance on the companies equipments
-Identification of continuous improvement opportunities for all equipment and practices relating to the Equipment.
-Keeping efficiency in the plant, informing as soon as possible his reference person for any anomalies or needs
-Monthly reporting on carried out activities on site
