GMC and UMC are the sole distributors for Fiat & Chrysler group & products in Saudi Arabia, employing approximately 1100 staff throughout the Kingdom.
The company is undergoing a rapid expansion programme to support the market growth. One of the keys to the continued growth of the organisation is staff recruitment and development.
Staff development is managed and supported through the small team of dedicated team based at National Training Academy, located in Riyadh.
Due to additional workload, we are looking to recruit additional members to the team:
The roles we are looking to recruit are:
• Automotive Technical Trainer (must have technician background)
General background for all positions;
• Fluent in both Arabic and English; reading, writing and verbal communications
• A strong and verifiable automotive background with at least 10yrs experience within either an automotive distributor or large dealer organisation.
• Sound understanding of current vehicle technology and ability to the key point clearly and succinctly
• Proven ability to achieve desired training outcomes
• Familiarly with teaching in students second language
• Proven ability to adapt training delivery to achieve desired training outcomes
• Ability to explain the business benefits of Competency based training and assessment methodologies
