Leads the BPM CoE and is the process champion across the enterprise. This role focuses on the human, organizational and value stream aspects of BPM and alignment with the organization's strategy, as well as:
- Gaining consensus of internal constituents around new concepts
- Drafting organizational alignment requirements
- Leading the execution of building and sustaining a process-managed organization
- Reassessing BPM capabilities of the organization periodically to adjust roadmap
- Analyzing and reporting CoE success metrics
- Building a skill development plan
- Defining staffing requirements
- Support process measurement (monitoring and reporting) by engaging with BICC and QA
- Detect performance gaps and recommend corrective actions
