JOB SUMMARY:
Will build/develop, test, train, implement and support TF riyad bank products and solutions, at this point in time China Systems’ Java EE solution range, i.e. Eximbills Enterprise (EE). Will work with a team of business and technical consultants, project managers and sales/RM staff in KSA and interact with system programmers and analysts from China Systems’ development center in Nanjing, P.R.O.C.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Log, analyses and process incoming support requests from business team in the KSA on Eximbills Enterprise (EE) and Customer Enterprise (CE), thereby interacting with the China Systems Second Line Support Centre in Nanjing, P.R.O.C.
2. Provide EE and CE Toolkit Training to newly recruited product consultants that need to be prepared for our new projects.
3. Deal with issue management and problem resolution in a project and support environment (bugs, enhancement requests, requests for assistance).
4. Produce EE and CE system design documents based on the specifications prepared by business consultants, including charts and diagrams that indicate the various components involved.
5. Work closely with analysts and programmers on the feasibility and workability of a conceptual design and on designing system components that meet the stated need.
6. Develop the required business functionality using EE and CE’s development toolkit.
7. Work with a team of business and technical consultants, project managers and sales staff in KSA and system programmers and analysts from China Systems, Nanjing on product support, project and sales support related tasks, such as construction of RFI’s, RFP’s, participation in workshops and Proof of Concept exercises.
8. Prepare instructions for programmers in China Systems Development Centre in Nanjing to follow, and handle all related communication and follow up
9. Communicate with other team members to check functionality back to systems specifications, and develop solutions as problems or issues arise.
