JOB PURPOSE
The job will support the delivery of a professional, high quality programme of internal communications activities for BAE Systems Saudi Arabia, with a particular focus on online activities and engaging our Saudi workforce.
JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES
■Support internal communications strategies and campaigns for employee and leadership engagement across BAE Systems Saudi Arabia, the International Operating Group and BAE Systems
■Liaise with the Internal and PR teams to produce content for existing internal communications channels and help develop content for new channels as appropriate to build a positive view of the Company amongst employees
■Work closely with Corporate Communications to drive internal communications plans and activities supporting the BAE Systems Saudi Arabia roll-out of corporate initiatives
■Support pro-active and interactive communications activities with our Saudi employees aimed at assisting senior management in delivering programmes to strengthen the Company’s relationship with this specific group
■Support internal events and conferences including face to face leadership sessions
