Facilities Management Services Manager - Support Services Operation Company

ISNAD, a subsidiary of SISCO is a limited liability company founded early in 2005. The company is engaged in providing last mile support services that includes port logistics services, city logistics services, industrial fuel stations, and, facilities management services. The company is expanding and holding a head of future. We are re-engineering the approach and vision and we will require a team that will join us in such target.

The Facilities and Maintenance Manager will carry on reengineering the division and build up the business from almost the scratch. He will be responsible to make the feasibility study and business plan. He will carry on developing the division to be one of the leading divisions in the company and the region along with managing skilled team to provide superior services to clients. He will coordinate with all vendors and contractors to ensure that all projects meet with all Code, regulatory and corporate requirements. Manage small to medium projects wither commercial or industrial facilities.

We need you to have:



• An Engineering certificate with minimum 5 years’ experience in facility maintenance management part of (Clinical Engineering, Electrical & Lighting, Electrical Testing, Energy Solutions, Facilities Engineering, HVAC & Mechanical, Integrated Facility Solutions, Janitorial Services, Landscape & Grounds, Parking & Transportation, Security Personnel & Consulting).

• Working knowledge of selling services and products using B2B methods.

• Must have superb communications, social and interpersonal skills.

• Must have excellent organizational, leadership, and managerial skills.

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic.



Duties and Responsibilities

• Search market and provide proper business plan for the division.

• Find, contact and finalize contracts with clients.

• Provide adequate proposals to clients from an engineering perspective and cost perspective

• Responsible for the planning, implementation and completion of facility management services that will be provided.

• Issue and Implements programs and procedures required to ensure following safety and quality measures.

• Maintains and updates operating and training manuals for the maintenance department.

• Ensures that all maintenance technicians are trained on the most updated version of their specialty.

• Establishes and maintains a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) for tracking work orders, spare parts, and maintenance history of projects.

• Prepares reports, analyze data, and makes recommendations for improving operations and solving maintenance-related problems. Additionally, reports KPI’s monthly to the GM.

• Ensures that maintenance technicians are adequately trained, equipped, and motivated so that the maintenance program can be accomplished in a safe, timely, and cost-effective manner.

• Communicates regularly with all maintenance technicians, both individually and as a group, to ensure good two-way communication concerning maintenance issues.

• Assists with hiring of maintenance personnel.
