• Lead to prepare the annual and monthly plans for operations which include the request of sales & marketing, operations and technical affairs.
• Prepare monthly expectation of the number of passengers and value at work and the annual trend
• Solve all issues in connection to all works and operations during the process of planning
• Specify trips and update department schedule according to market sales demand and necessity of maintenance
• Supervise and coordinate all the stations, garage and agencies to execute planning operations.
• Specify the demand of employee and fleets according to expected volume of operations.
• Managing and analyzing operation of the fleet and update their levels.
• Manage the units of planning for outside transport and the insurance unit for systematic report to specify the location of vehicles
