• Manage strategic operation within and outside the Kingdom
• Manage all stations and garages
• Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction for all services provided by company in all their stations with highest level of customer services and to use best material
• Receives all demands of customers services and follow up with concerned departments to solve the problems
• Evaluate the performance of all stations and garage and recommend programs for improvement
• Manage the general operation budget and control
• Prepare requirements for technical training of staff working in the operations department, such as drivers and officers operating in various jobs
• Coordinate with operation planning for marketing and sales in order to achieve strategic goals
• Enhancement for the suggested services to render to passengers
• Enhancement for agent development and their stations in accordance with the programs for sales development.
