1. Main Duties and Responsibilities:
. Execute planned and breakdown maintenance of the Plant's systems and equipment in timely manner.
. Ensure that proper safety standards and maintenance procedure are applied, and Permit to Work system is followed in all maintenance activities.
. Monitor the operation and maintenance of MV / LV motors on scheduled bases.
. Monitor and supervise the overhaul and maintenance of the substation and field equipment’s, UPS system, . charger.
. Review and schedule the maintenance work orders, and ensure completion as scheduled.
. Test and commission electrical equipment’s as required.
. Troubleshoot electrical control panels, Variable Frequency Drives, soft starter panels, and fire alarm system, and take necessary action as required,
. Troubleshooting the HVAC system and report results to the Electrical Engineer.
. Monitor SCADA system operation and report trends, current, voltage, and process parameters and report any discrepancies to electrical engineer.
. Provide guidance and training to enhance the skills and productivity of reporting technicians.
. Assist the Electrical Engineer in resolving arising technical problems at the Plant, FS I &Saudia City.
. Respond to any emergency and breakdown during shift or on-call at any time.
. Perform other related duties as assigned.
. Carry out repair work, corrective, predictive maintenance on equipment’s in the absence of Technicians at the site or on request.
. Prepare material Request Forms for the materials required for periodic maintenance.
. Inspect the received materials for acceptance.
. Prepare Daily activity report and assist Electrical Superintendent in calculating manpower productivity reports.
