Role Purpose:
Key Activities
Analyse Current Processes
Recommend improvements in Process.
Prepare the Scope, Vision, Functional requirements and Impact Analysis document and explain same to application solution architect and module leaders.
Demonstrating opportunities for best-in-class process management to the process
Owner.
Communicating and translating requirements effectively between business process
Areas and supporting departments like Development, Architects, and Testing Teams.
Performing continuous reviews to align processes (for example, models, goals,
expectations) with changing business conditions
Define and maintain business justification for project and measure business value realization and matrix. Also define business matrix and success criteria.
Develop and maintain Business Object Universe and making sure it meet business demand.
Ensuring proper coordination between the IT organization and process owners by
defining conceptual and contextual levels of detail in the business process models
Driving user interface design and Support the entire team in final testing, UAT and signoff by end user.
Performing data mining on existing warehouses to extract information that can assist in dynamic decision making of the process owners.
Ability to create reports from Business Objects and analyse the data on an ongoing basis to identify business bottlenecks, issues, or opportunities.
Ensure delivery of solution from IT based on Process owner timelines and constraints Analyst should also evaluate quality of solution delivery and give feedback to internal resources.
Communication:
Collaborates with and understands business goals and direction and translates to architectural decisions.
Effectively communicates and presents business problems to the IT organization.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, negotiations skills, Multi-cultural tolerance, interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment
Effective presentation, organizational and planning skills.
Innovation:
Identifies opportunities for new ideas or concepts for a specific technology or user group as well as identifies quality and processes enhancements.
Define innovative solutions to undefined system’s needs.
Pursues internal opportunities to champion new ideas and concepts and leads the conceptual design of highly complex systems.
Knowledge:
Knowledgeable in designing and constructing business processes, sub processes and
their links to automated tasks in IT
Knowledge of relevant business process standards (for example, business process
modelling notation)
Highly Experience in UML
Strong verbal and written communication skills, negotiations skills, interpersonal skills.
