Reporting to the Director of Business Development, based in KSA this role will proactively and efficiently provide administrative support to the Business Development team through all administrative tasks needed to facilitate the closing of sales deals. Additionally, responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients and potential business partners in an effort to promote a climate that facilitates future sales for the organization.
Responsibilities
• Perform researches on potential clients and communicate effectively with decision makers whilst managing all correspondence and capturing client information.
• Assessment administration (launching of assessments, providing assessment status updates and point of contact for all inquiries regarding assessment challenges).
• Act as team support in coordinating and monitoring logistic workshop requirements e.g. workshop timings and venue setups, materials, facilitator’s travel itinerary.
• Assists in creating and follows up on campaigns sent to client, provide additional information and answers clients inquiries.
• Maintain sales events and campaign registration database, providing input on attendees list and contact client to confirm event registration producing reports
• Prepares post events and campaign analysis and reports as required.
