- Training & development.
- Career Management & Development.
- Organization Management & Development.
- Recruitment & Selection.
- Staff orientation.
- Preparation of job rankings and descriptions.
- Performance evaluations and appraisals.
- General HR & Personnel administration.
- Succession planning and retention planning.
- Assiting the HR Manager in the overall planning of the HR function.
