1) Design HVAC engineering designs for residential houses and villas, commercial buildings produced by design and build and to ensure all mechanical engineering elements comply with relevant standards.2) Design equipment selection in line with building cooling load requirements, review duct designs, pipe work, pumps heat exchangers etc…3) Experienced in design, estimation and execution of fire-fighting and HVAC system4) Performs all mechanical designs and construction drawings including central HVAC drawings for the projects and advice necessary notes and recommendations.5) Preparation of items calculation classification & description to all quantified material as designed, described and outlined in the tender documents.6) Providing support in the HVAC area for procurement i.e preparing material requisition package for required equipment’s and material.7) Prepare, arrange and follow-up any correspondences pertaining to his task till fulfillment to the tender submittal time.8) Review material submittals and construction schedules to ensure construction quality and sustainability.
