1) Materials takeoff, itemizing and listing to all tender drawings architectural, civil, structural, urbanization infrastructure2) Cross checking and verifying the variances and changes in comparison with original contract requirements and conditions3) Assist in developing the job budget based on contract documents and certifying progress claims and invoices4) Make calculations and measurements coordination with other different disciplines for the surveyed quantities to ensure its compatibility and competence.5) Preparation of items calculation classification & description to all quantified material as designed, described and outlined in the tender documents as per 16 Divisions.6) Provide the engineering and bidding documents preparation team with the itemized BOQ for pricing and costing.7) Prepare, arrange and follow-up any correspondences pertaining to his task till fulfillment to the tender submittal time.
