- Generate sales and develop Sales Channels/Key Accounts for the company products in the region through sales team in order to achieve or exceed the annual sales targets.
- Excellent selling skills, including strong negotiation, and closing ability, coupled with excellent people skills.
- Manage responsibility for each member of the team to exceed goals in all sales targets.
- Day to day sales management for Information Technology sales.
- Report on market feedback such as competitor prices, promotional offers, customer needs, etc.
- Build and maintain good relations with customers in order to increase the sales.
- Ability to guide, train, motivate, manage and monitor Sales Team.
- Monitor, analyze and take accountability for performance affecting improvements in sales/revenue growth, sales productivity, sales quality and optimization of customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain good relations with customers in order to increase the sales.
- Provide a high quality services to walk-in customers for new sales items or after sales support to the existing clients.
- Develop the necessary Sales Management organization structure and ensure the right caliber of staffing and appropriate training to meet all job requirements.
- Demonstrate high leadership skills so that staff are well motivated and engaged to stay and contribute effectively to the organization.
