Sales and Branches Manager

Summary:-

This position is responsible for participating in the development of the overall corporate sales strategy, formulating the sales policies and procedures, and supervising their implementation. It is also responsible for monitoring the daily sales activities at Bank Branches in order to achieve the sales targets.

3.2 Essential Duties and Responsibilities:-

 Formulates strong sales strategy and plans and ensures proper implementation.

 Participates in the development of the sales policies and procedures, ensures their proper implementation on daily basis and recommends any changes.

 Implements the agreed sales and marketing strategies with The organization Bank.

 Coordinates with the CEO on developing the targeted sales forecast.

 Communicating with Sales officers at the sales outlets and bank branches by issuing guidelines and work instructions.

 Follow up sales outlets and branches on daily basis and generating MIS reports on their performance.

 Coordinating with Al Alamiya Cooperative Insurance for conducting insurance training workshops on various insurance products and insurance sales skills.

 Using marketing tools such as advertising and special promotions to help the Company achieve the sales targets in coordination with Alalamiya Cooperative Insurance.

 Preparing marketing and promotional briefs, monitoring progress, assessing demand, developing new tactical plans, analyzing the pricing position, compiling and distributing financial and statistical information and scheduling resources to meet set objectives in coordination with Alalamiya Cooperative Insurance.

 Creating and updating a customer database and communicating with customers through issuing newsletters and mail shots as per the strategy agreed with The organization Bank.

 Identifying competitors in the market and conducting benchmarking studies of competitors’ offers, services and prices in order to recognize competitors’ strengths, weaknesses and their market support activities to improve and enhance the Company’s services.

 Monitors the achievement of sales targets and takes necessary corrective actions to address variances.

 Supports the telesales team and the sales force at bank branches.

 Works on strengthening cross selling of the insurance products available and compares results with budgeted figures.

 Engages in development and execution of suitable customer promotion campaigns in coordination with Alalamiya Cooperative insurance.

 Oversees the premium collection process.

 Participates in the introduction of new products/services in coordination with the CEO, bank stakeholders and in coordination with Alalamiya Cooperative Insurance.

 Reviews the customer satisfaction ratings, nature and extent of complaints.

 Analyses the offerings and value proposition of other competitors.

 Prepares periodic statistical reports on the sales performance.

 Coordinating with Al Alamiya Cooperative Insurance in its communication with insured customers and with prospective customers by distributing newsletters and other marketing materials and responses to enquiries.

 Protecting and improving the branding portfolios of the Company.

 Measuring customer satisfaction through regular communication and follow up.

 Creating advertising and promotional activities that appeal to the target market in coordination with Al Alamiya Cooperative Insurance

 Undertakes any other duties assigned by his direct superior.

3.3 Section Management Duties:-

 Plans the needs of the section such as manpower, systems, training, others.

 Monitors the budget and plans of the section, to continuously update the CEO with the status and required changes.

 Supervises and allocates the workload and responsibilities among the section staff.
