- Acts as the single point of entry and maintenance for all samples into the laboratory management system, applying the sample registration standard procedure, and taking all the necessary actions to follow up with clients or IDAC departments as necessary.
- Responds to client technical enquiries as per provided manuals and escalates all technical issues or queries to the technical team/department.
- Contacts clients in order to clarify pending matters or to acquire missing information as and when required.
- Responds to client quotation enquiries and forward issued quotations to the Manager of Client Accounts for approval.
- Documents and reports customer complaints to concerned management as per the standard procedure in a timely manner in order to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Receives marketing material related to existing and new products and services and communicates such to clients.
- Submits cash collected from walk-in customers to IDAC Finance Department.
- Communicates interesting client activity to Sales & Marketing team in order to enhance their marketing intelligence.
