Human Resources Director - Almunajem Group

Financial Perspective:

• Develops Human Resources Department business plan, budget and resources while ensuring alignment with Al Munajem Cold Stores overall strategy and direction.

Customer Perspective:

• Maintains and ensures compliance with labor law, GOSI and other laws.

• Monitors and ensures compliance with the applicable laws, regulations and policies and procedures of current Saud Arabian laws.

Internal Processes Perspective:

• Monitors and evaluates performance measures of the various HR initiatives and recommends actions to improve the effectiveness, quality and the efficiency of such services.

• Manages the maintenance of manual and computerized human resources records and information systems and assists in the preparation of statistical information.

• Evaluates reports, decisions, and results of the department in relation to established goals.

• Conducts exit interviews and analyze data and recommend the management, the areas of improvement.

• Oversees the proper execution of the recruitment process through coordination with local manpower providers to fill any vacancies to ensure matching appropriate competencies and qualifications with specific job related requirements.

• Conducts recruitment for senior and executive positions personally, reviewing documents and screening candidates in line with position requirements to ensure best caliber staff is appointed to fill manpower needs.

• Plans, implements and supervises the transformation of recruitment processes to support the expansion process and Al Munajem Cold Stores' transition to a competitive market. In particular to ensure that high quality candidates are attracted to join Al Munajem.

• Manages the preparation of training programs for employees, ensuring all required arrangements are made with appropriate training centers to delivery of such training.

• Ensures proper implementation of the performance evaluation process, and proper alignment with the compensation and benefits, training and career development, and promotions.

• Manages the Government functions by monitoring the quality of service provision, ensuring any repairs or modifications are carried out to provide a high quality Government service to employees.

• Manages programs of support staff in the Human Resources Development Fund

Learning & Growth (People) Perspective:

• Provides leadership, direction and management expertise to staff in the HR function, encouraging teamwork and facilitating related work processes in order to achieve required performance standards and environment.

• Monitors staffing levels of key positions in HR to ensure adequately staffing with required skilled resources to enable operations to continue smoothly and effectively; initiating appointment of additional staff as required.

• Monitors the performance levels of HR staff members ensuring that employee performance is maintained at the desired levels and that corrective action is taken in time to support achievement of objectives.
