• Ensures compliance of all policies and procedures; interpret policies and procedures into the work performed.
• Manages client relationship through all phases of the sales cycle.
• Coordinates activities by scheduling work assignments, setting priorities, and directing the work of subordinate employees.
• Maintains and develop existing and new customers. Open new markets and customers.
• Attends and present at external customer meetings and internal meetings with other Al Munajem Cold Stores functions necessary to perform duties and aid business development.
• Responds to qualify and follows up sales enquiries by post, email, telephone, and personal visits within the specified time period.
• Ensures proper labor relations and conditions of employment are maintained.
• Prepares and maintains records, prepares reports, and composes correspondence relative to the work.
• Prepares of daily and weekly reports relating to the market activity and competitors.
• Provides monthly reports to the direct manager on food services sales performance against agreed internal KPIs.
• Reviews monthly the best monitoring sales report with management to determine if goals and objectives are being met.
• Evaluates the performance of personnel reporting directly to him.
